On arrival you will be met and privately transferred to your accommodation. Auckland is New Zealand's largest city, set between two harbours with gentle sandy shores on the east coast and black sand, wild surf beaches on the west coast. Home to sheltered, sparkling blue waters dotted with beautiful emerald islands, we recommend getting out on the water when you are here. Overnight: Auckland
Depart Auckland on a fully guided journey through the stunning Waikato countryside to Waitomo Caves. Here your guide will lead you on an exploration of the ancient Waitomo Glowworm Caves, with its many different cave formations including stalactites, stalagmites and lime columns, before descending even further underground for a cruise on the grotto river with thousands of glowworms glittering above your head. Today's tour visits the highlights of Rotorua starting with a visit to Rotorua Lakefront and Sulphur Point before a stroll through the beautiful Government Gardens.
